The Coaching staff of The Derby City Dynamite
will make every effort to adhere to the following principles:

1. Do not have women come to practice and leave thinking they wasted their time, be organized and TEACH the game and skills.

2. Do not ask women to come to practice and games to be verbally abused and F-bombed, be a teacher not a screamer, encourage don't discourage.

3. Don't ask women to understand in the same manner as men who have played the game and been coached since 5th grade.

4. Don't see your athletes as sexual conquest, consenting adults or not.

5. Respect the athlete, the adult, the person.

6. Do not undermine your fellow coaches and don't let veterans undermine your efforts.

7. Respect the deeper social aspect from a female perspective than from a male.

8. Find a role for all who are on the team.

9. Respect the PASSION that exists in these women.

10. Professionalism does not have to be expensive, it's an attitude.
