Coach Quanterrial Parmes AKA Coach Q.

Coach Parmes is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee and is a US Army Veteran. He’s coached football for over 17 years at various levels. He stared in little league then progressed to JTA Middle School, North Hardin High School, The Kentucky Reapers Men’s Semi Pro and the Kentucky Pythons Semi Pro football team. Coach Q is passionate about sports, as he also served as the Athletic Director for John T. Alton Middle School.

Coach Q’s favorite NFL team is the Tennessee Titans and he is an avid supporter of the Tennessee Volunteers. He’s very excited for this new challenge as he evolves into Women’s Tackle Football, but believes that his previous experience will bring passion, commitment, loyalty and bring back the want to win mentality that DCD is no stranger too.

Coach Q’s favorite motto is - Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard! – Which translates very well to ALL GAS, NO BRAKES!
